Good to Know Before You Go

The schedule may change depending on your arrival time at Da Lat Intercity Bus Station.
Children's policy: Children aged 0 to under 5 years old are free (without a separate bed), children aged 5 to 10 years old are charged 75% of the tour price.
Gong performance is an optional program, depending on the actual organizational conditions.

Booking Flexibility

Before 7 days : 100% refund.
Cancellations made 4-7 days in advance incur a 30% fee.
Cancellation fee is 50% if cancelled 2-3 days after the date.
Within 48 hours or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.
Working hours : The tour cancellation period is calculated based on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Force majeure: In the event of flight cancellation/delay due to airline issues or natural disasters, Tatinta will assist customers in reserving services or negotiating with the service provider to minimize penalty fees.
